Delete your account
You can permanently remove your HikeJournal account and its associated journal data from inside the app. The secure web flow below uses the same Google account you use in HikeJournal and removes your account, journal entries, saved places, routes, species records, and stored media.
Remove selected data
To remove only part of your data, open the relevant hike, photo, video, or field quest in HikeJournal and choose Delete. The selected item and its stored media are removed from your account when the change syncs.
Open secure deletion flow ↗This action cannot be undone. Observations you deliberately published to iNaturalist remain governed by your iNaturalist account and must be managed there.
